New Year Party — a New Year celebration in Phuket

New Year at a venue with columns and an open terrace: a white dress code, sparklers at the countdown, a live host and DJ sets until morning. Turnkey New Year event production by Double D Project.

The run of the New Year night

A New Year evening is built around one point — midnight. Before it there is dinner and softer music, then the countdown, sparklers, champagne and the shift into the dance part. We write the timing in advance and sync light, sound and special effects with the countdown.

We deliver this evening both for private groups and as a corporate New Year party for 50 to 300 people.

Equipment rental, catering and special effects

Our own inventory: a JBL sound system, speakers and subwoofers, wireless microphones, mixing desk, Pioneer DJ equipment, LED fixtures, lasers, smoke machines, cold fireworks and CO2 cannons. Equipment rental in Phuket comes without middlemen, with delivery, setup and a technician.

Catering, a mobile bar with cocktails and decorations (string lights, glowing letters, florals, photo zone) connect as separate blocks.
