We plan and run corporate events, weddings, birthdays, villa and yacht parties turnkey: the venue, artists and shows, our own sound and light, catering and bar. Double D Project Events is a full-cycle event agency: producer, coordinator, lighting designer, technicians, DJs and artists in one team, plus our own equipment warehouse. One contract, one estimate and one person answerable for the result instead of five suppliers pointing at each other.
Event, party, celebration — whatever you call it
We do private and corporate events of every format: a birthday, a wedding and a ceremony, an anniversary and a celebration, a corporate event and a conference, a party and a reception, a show and a gala dinner, a children’s party, a hen and a stag do, a gender reveal, a romantic dinner and a proposal. The word in the request does not matter — the script does: how many guests, where, what time it starts and how it ends.
What a turnkey event includes
- Producing and creating the event — concept, script, timing, direction of the evening
- Venue selection — villas, hotels, restaurants, yachts; the terms agreed with the owner in writing

How is an event agency different from a private event organiser?
A private organiser is one person who gathers suppliers for your project and coordinates them. An event agency holds the roles in-house: producer, coordinator, technicians, artists and its own equipment. That means one estimate and one person answerable for the joints between sound, light, venue and programme.
What is an event producer and what do they do?
The event producer owns the staging: how the evening runs in time, where the stage stands, when the light comes on, when the artists come out and what physically happens on site. The organiser makes sure the event takes place; the producer makes sure of how it looks and feels.
Do we need a coordinator on site if everything is already agreed?
Yes, if there are more than two suppliers. The coordinator keeps the timing, meets the artists and the caterers, solves clashes on the spot and makes sure the set-up is finished before the guests arrive. Without one, the client does this.
Do you work with private and corporate events at the same time?
Yes. Private and corporate events are the core of what we do: from a dinner for two to a conference and a corporate event for 300 guests. We have worked since 2013 in Phuket, Samui, Phangan and Bangkok.
