Jungle Party at Macaw — a jungle themed party in Phuket

• The venue and the approval of the format, the evening's timing
• Themed decor: greenery, flowers, candles, a photo zone
• Sound and light: speakers, lighting fixtures, a warm wash, haze
• DJ, host, show acts and a dance programme
• Bar and catering, staff on site
• Photo and video, the party film edited

The event equipment in Phuket is our own, and the deadlines show it: a JBL sound system, speakers and subwoofers, radio microphones, a mixing desk, Pioneer DJ equipment, LED fixtures, lasers and haze machines arrive on site with a technician. Sound and light hire is available on its own too, without event planning.

Catering and a mobile bar in the tropical format: fruit stations, rum and signature cocktails, bartenders and waiters. The decor — live greenery, flowers, bamboo, torches and hanging garlands — is built for the concept, not bought in on the last day.

If you only need the hire: LED furniture, a bar station, photo zones and special effects come from the catalogue as separate items.
