A festive format without snow
Christmas in Phuket happens at 30 degrees, so the atmosphere comes from light, decor and programme rather than the weather: string lights and warm uplighting across the venue, tropical takes on Christmas accents, a dress code (all white works well by a pool), a toast from the host, a group photograph of every guest by the water — the must-have shot of the night — and a dance part into the small hours. If you want snow, we bring a snow machine.
Company Christmas parties
The most common request in December is a company party for 30 to 150 people: a restaurant or beach club, a seated dinner or a standing reception, a host in English and Russian, a short awards or thank-you segment, a show act and a DJ. Everything runs under one contract with a Thai company and one invoice.
Family and private Christmas
For families and groups of friends who winter on the island, we set up Christmas at a villa: a long table on the terrace, a decorated tree and photo corner, a bartender, a playlist or a live musician, and a kids' corner with an animator when there are children. From 10 guests.

When is the best date for a company Christmas party in Phuket?
The second and third weeks of December, before staff leave for the holidays, while restaurants and beach clubs still have dates. Book two to three weeks ahead.
Can you make it feel like Christmas in the tropics?
Yes: a decorated tree, string lights and warm uplighting, a Christmas photo corner, a snow machine for the group photo, and a host who runs the toasts and the gift exchange. The dress code does most of the rest.
How much does a Christmas party cost?

Both. At a restaurant we work with the house kitchen and bar; at a villa or beach we bring catering and a mobile bar with a bartender.
