An opening is neither a party nor a presentation but a hybrid: the guests need to be shown the property, given time with the sales team, and the evening must not turn into a dull tour. At the opening of the Layan Green Park showroom we built the evening so that the business part fitted into twenty minutes and the rest of the time worked on the impression.

For developers and brands in Phuket this is a typical task: invited guests, the press, partners, a short official part, a reception and photographs that then go into social media and marketing. We answer for the whole venue: the technical set-up, the script, the artists, the catering and the filming.

The same approach works for the opening of a restaurant, a bar, a salon, a car dealership or a new phase of a residential complex.

What we took on

The script and the timing of the evening: the official part, the reception, the programme
Sound and light for the showroom's interior, microphones for the speakers
A host, a DJ and live music
Styling, a branded photo zone and wayfinding around the venue
Catering, a bar and service staff
Photo and video, filming from the air, the promo film edited

Equipment, reception and venue styling

An opening needs intelligible speech and neat light, not power. We bring our own event equipment: a JBL sound system, compact speakers for the interior, radio microphones for the speakers, a mixing desk, a projector and a screen, an LED screen, lighting fixtures and a generator. Sound and lighting equipment hire in Phuket is available as a separate service too — with delivery, setup and a technician.

A reception and a mobile bar for the guests and the press: catering, canapés, champagne and signature cocktails, bartenders and waiters, branded tableware. The decorations and styling — flowers, a red carpet, a press wall and wayfinding — are made in the client's corporate style.

The same set works at presentations, conferences and business breakfasts — including the simultaneous interpretation equipment.
