Booking, payment, cancellation and date changes, the season, why us and where we work — briefly and in one place.
To book an event, send us the date, the number of guests and the format — we reply within 20 minutes with a quote; the booking is secured by a contract and a deposit. The minimum order is 15,000 ฿. Below are the payment, cancellation and date-change terms we apply as a rule; the exact terms of each event are written into the contract.

How do I book an event?
- Send the date, number of guests, format and budget on WhatsApp or Telegram.
- We send venue options and a quote the same day.
- If needed, a manager visits the venue — 5,000 ฿ per villa, free if we run the event.
- We sign a contract, you pay a 50 % prepayment — the date and venue are secured.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is enough for a dinner or a birthday; for a wedding, a corporate event and dates from December to March, two to three months.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, 15,000 ฿ for event planning; when renting a villa through us, 20,000 ฿ plus the villa.
How do I pay?
A booking is confirmed by a 50 % prepayment, which is non-refundable. The balance is due 7 days before the event; if the event is less than 7 days away, within 3 days; if it is within the next 24 hours, 100 % at once.
We accept a transfer to a Thai bank account in baht, roubles, USDT (TRC20) and Wise. The manager sends the payment details once you have confirmed the booking and the amount. We do not accept a 20 % prepayment, instalments, or payment at the pier or on the day of the event.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes, a contract and an invoice from the Thai company, payment by transfer to the company account, closing documents for your accounts.
Is there a deposit for equipment?
A refundable deposit from 20,000 ฿ is needed when equipment is rented without our DJ or technician; with our crew there is no deposit. It is returned after the equipment is checked.
Can I pay in cryptocurrency?
Yes, USDT on the TRC20 network. The manager works out the USDT amount at the rate on the day of payment.
What is a villa safety deposit?
It is the villa's own refundable deposit against possible damage. It is returned after the event.
Can you send money to a third party or exchange currency?
No. We do not make transfers, exchange currency or pay on behalf of third parties.
What are the cancellation terms?
The prepayment is non-refundable: straight after it we start preparing, hold the date and pay deposits to suppliers. Instead of a refund we offer to move the event to another date within a month.
Can I change the date?
Yes, within a month, if the venue and artists are free on the new date; seasonal price differences are recalculated.
What if it rains or there is a storm?
For open-air events we prepare a covered option in advance. A yacht trip with a storm warning is moved without a penalty.
When is the best time for an event in Phuket?
November to April — dry with a calm sea; May to October is cheaper but needs a rain plan. Details are in the season guide.
