In Phuket you can celebrate a birthday at a pool villa — from 10,000 THB, on a yacht — from 25,000 THB, on a beach or rooftop — from 10,000 THB, or in a restaurant — from 20,000 THB. We run the party turnkey, from a family dinner to a party for hundreds of guests: the venue, decor, cake, a DJ, artists, our own sound and light. Send the date and the guest count on WhatsApp.

Kids' birthday and entertainers
For a children's party we add an entertainer — from 5,000 THB, a cake, a photo zone and a programme for the age. For the adults meanwhile — a DJ and a bar. All at one venue and on one estimate.
Running and producing a turnkey birthday
We offer everything for bright, interesting, memorable celebrations:
Beautiful locations with the right infrastructure
Our base holds dozens of places well suited to events — from furnished corners of wild nature to ultra-modern hotels and villas. We will offer locations for small family celebrations of up to 10 people and for parties with hundreds of guests.
Decorations
Producing a turnkey birthday includes dressing the venue with flowers, balloons and other details. On request we set up photo zones for original pictures.
Musicians and a DJ with sound equipment
To create the festive atmosphere we will choose, deliver and set up speakers, radio microphones, controllers, subwoofers, mixers and other audio equipment, and book an experienced DJ. For a birthday we can also arrange live performances by musicians: drummers, saxophonists, guitarists, violinists, pianists.
Lighting and supporting equipment
For the birthday we will bring lamps, laser cages, light cannons, smoke machines and other equipment that will help make the day unforgettable.
Food and drinks
Producing the birthday includes catering: we will bring ready dishes and the ingredients needed to cook food and drinks on the spot. We will make a beautiful birthday cake. We offer quality bar service at every location.
Show programmes
A birthday can hold different programmes: aerial, fire and laser shows, fiery dances. Tell us what you like, and our staff will help pick an interesting, atmospheric show for the birthday.

How much a birthday in Phuket costs
So as not to answer «it depends», we have put together ready packages at a fixed price. Each already holds sound, light, a DJ and a technician on site — the base of the evening, to which only the programme and the food are added.
| Package | Guests | Price |
|---|---|---|
| PICNIC Basic — a villa or a beach | up to 15 | 10,000 ฿ |
| HOUSE Premium — a birthday at a villa with a pool | 10–30 | 25,000 ฿ |
| CORPORATE Ultra — a big celebration | from 30 | 39,000 ฿ |
| Yacht Basic — a birthday on a yacht, DJ for 3 hours | up to 15 | 20,000 ฿ |
| Yacht Premium — a yacht, DJ for 3 hours | 15–40 | 30,000 ฿ |
The minimum order for producing an event is 15,000 ฿. The full budget breakdown with examples is on the page DJ packages and the price of a party.
Sound and a DJ for a birthday
The equipment is our own, from our warehouse in Phuket, and the technician comes with it. That means the set is matched to the venue and the number of guests, not to «what is left on the date», and at the party there is no moment when the sound blames the DJ and the DJ blames the sound.
| Item | From, THB |
|---|---|
| DJ controller — for a villa party | 4,000 |
| Pioneer CDJ-2000 NXS2 set + Pioneer DJM-900 mixer | 9,000 |
| Rider set: Pioneer CDJ-3000 + Pioneer DJM-V10 | 15,000 |
| Sound system, a set for the venue | 3,500 |
| JBL PRX 715 XLF subwoofer | 4,000 |
| Soundcraft or Behringer mixing desk | 2,000 |
| Radio microphone for the host and the toasts | 1,000 |
| DJ booth | 2,000 |
| LED DJ Booth — a glowing booth | 10,000 |
| Generator, when the villa's power is not enough | 10,000 |
| Delivery and setup — by car | from 2,000 |
| Delivery and setup — by truck | from 5,000 |
Prices are per event and indicative. In detail: DJ equipment hire, sound hire, light hire, the full catalogue with prices.
You can take the DJ from us — our own DJs for a Russian, European and Thai crowd. Then the set and the artist go on one estimate. If you bring your own DJ, send his rider: we will build a set he will see and recognise at once.
Example: a birthday at a villa, 30 guests
The HOUSE Premium package — 25,000 ฿: sound for an open venue, light, a DJ and a technician. Delivery and setup — from 2,000 ฿ by car and from 5,000 ฿ by truck. An artist for one appearance — from 5,000 ฿. A photo zone — from 10,000 ฿. A photographer for two hours — 10,000 ฿. Without catering an evening like that comes to about 50,000 ฿. Food is counted separately, from 2,500 ฿ per guest.
What else the production includes
- The venue: villas with a pool, beach clubs, restaurants, yachts — matched to the number of guests and to whether loud music is allowed there after 22:00

- The show programme: a fire and a light show, dance acts, a saxophonist, drummers, a host
- Catering, a bar with a bartender, a birthday cake
- Photo and video, guest transfers, a coordinator on site for the whole evening

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to arrange a birthday in Phuket?
A ready package with sound, light and a DJ — from 10,000 ฿ for a group of up to 15 and 25,000 ฿ for a villa party of up to 30 guests. The minimum order for the production is 15,000 ฿. An evening for 30 with an artist, a photo zone and a photographer usually comes to about 50,000 ฿ without food.
How much do sound and a DJ for a birthday cost?
A speaker set — from 3,500 ฿, a DJ controller — from 4,000 ฿, a club set of Pioneer CDJ-2000 NXS2 with a DJM-900 mixer — 9,000 ฿, a radio microphone — from 1,000 ฿ per event. The DJ is counted separately or comes in the package.
Can we hire the equipment alone, without the production?
Yes. We hire out sound, light and DJ equipment separately, with a technician on site; delivery and setup are counted separately — from 2,000 ฿ by car and from 5,000 ฿ by truck. The list of items with prices is in the catalogue.
What if the villa's power is not enough?
We calculate the load in advance and bring a stabiliser or a generator. At Phuket villas this is the usual situation, and we write it into the specification before the estimate is signed, not at one in the morning.
How far ahead should we book?
In the low season a week is usually enough. The high season is November to April, and the good villas there go months ahead. On the New Year dates, from 28 December to 3 January, the artists charge a higher rate, and the venues are booked in advance.
Can a birthday be celebrated on a yacht?
Yes, these are separate packages: Yacht Basic — 20,000 ฿ for up to 15 guests and Yacht Premium — 30,000 ฿ for 15–40 guests, with a DJ included for three hours of the cruise. The equipment on the water is different: compact, battery-powered, resistant to moisture. More: yacht party.
What languages does the team work in?
Russian, English, Thai and Chinese.
Double D Project Co., Ltd. has worked in Phuket since 2013, rated 5.0 on Google.
