Yacht Night Party — a night party on a yacht in Phuket

• Choosing the vessel and agreeing the night route with the captain
• Light on deck: a wash, decorative lighting, safe marking
• Sound, a DJ mixer and a DJ on board
• A bar, catering and stewards
• Deck decor and a photo zone
• Photo and video in night conditions

Our event agency brings its own set on board: a self-contained JBL sound system on battery power, speakers and a subwoofer, radio microphones, a mixing desk and Pioneer DJ equipment. Sound and lighting equipment hire in Phuket comes straight from us, without middlemen or mark-ups — delivered to the pier, set up before the vessel leaves, with a technician on board.

Catering and a mobile bar are a separate part of the programme: cold snacks and seafood, a bartender with signature cocktails, champagne at sunset, ice and tableware. The decorations are chosen for the night format: light-up letters, LED balloons, garlands, a photo zone and flowers on deck.

Equipment hire is available separately from event planning too — you can take only the sound, only the light or the full technical set for your own programme. We work across Phuket: Chalong, Ao Po, Boat Lagoon, Patong, Rawai.
