Prices are indicative. The final quote depends on the venue, duration, delivery and setup.
A good evening rests on people the guests hardly notice. A waiter who clears a glass before anyone remembers it. A bartender who never runs out of ice. A photographer who takes pictures instead of asking people to pose. Double D Project provides vetted staff for events all over Phuket — villas, hotels, restaurants, beach venues and yachts.
We work with our own team and trusted contractors: Russian-speaking and English-speaking staff, and Thai staff for venues where that matters. Below are the roles and indicative prices.
| Waiter | 1,000 ฿ / hour |
| Russian-speaking hostess | 2,000 ฿ / hour |
| Thai hostess | 4,000 ฿ / shift |
| Bartender with own equipment | 3,000 ฿ / hour |
| Grill chef | from 1,500 ฿ / hour |
| Hookah master, all inclusive | from 35,000 ฿ |
The minimum hostess booking is two hostesses for two hours: one at the entrance cannot welcome guests and guide them around the venue at the same time.
| Photographer | 5,000 ฿ / hour |
| Videographer with a drone | 5,000 ฿ / hour |
The minimum for photo and video is two hours. We deliver the photos within three days, and express editing is available. For the videographer, editing, drone footage and uploading the raw files to the cloud are charged separately.
| Sound engineer | 2,000 ฿ / hour |
| Lighting operator | 2,000 ฿ / hour |
| LED screen engineer | 2,000 ฿ / hour |
| Technical engineer | 2,000 ฿ / hour |
| 360 Insta Zone operator | 2,000 ฿ / hour |
An engineer is not always needed. At a small villa with one sound set, it is enough to deliver and set up the equipment. At an event with live sound, a stage and a light programme, a person at the console is essential — otherwise there is no one to react when something does not go to plan.
| Event coordinator | from 5,000 ฿ / shift |
| Assistant (helper) | from 3,000 ฿ / shift |
| Make-up artist | 5,000 ฿ / up to 2 hours |
| Party Girl | 8,000 ฿ / 4 hours |
| Manager's visit to view a location | 5,000 ฿ |
| Staff meals | 300 ฿ / person |

Send a request: the date, the venue, the number of guests, the start and end times.
We calculate the shift, propose the team and send a quote.
On the day of the event the team arrives at the agreed time.
There is no exact formula, but there are guidelines. For a buffet without served courses, one waiter is usually enough for 20–25 guests; for a banquet with table service, half that. One bartender can run a bar for about 30 people; beyond that you need a second, otherwise a queue forms at the bar and the evening stands in it. We provide hostesses in pairs at the least: one welcomes guests at the entrance, the other guides them around the venue — one person cannot cover both.
At a long event of four hours or more the staff have to be fed — that is a separate item, 300 ฿ per person. At a villa without a kitchen, the team's meals are brought together with the catering.
Villa wedding. Waiters, a bartender, a photographer and a videographer, a coordinator. A coordinator is not a luxury here: on the wedding day someone has to keep the timing between the ceremony, dinner and the evening part, and it should not be the newlyweds.
Corporate event. Hostesses to welcome and register guests, waiters, a technical team — a sound engineer and a lighting operator if there are performances and presentations.
Villa party. A bartender, one or two helpers to serve and clear, a photographer for the first couple of hours. Often that is enough.
Yacht. Staff are kept to a minimum — there is little space. Usually it is a bartender and a photographer. A hostess is not needed on board, and a set menu replaces the waiter.
The choice depends not on the budget but on the guests. A Russian-speaking team — when the group is Russian and it matters that everyone understands each other at a word. English-speaking — at mixed events and in hotels. Thai staff — where the venue requires it, and in formats where Thai hostesses are part of the atmosphere. We put the team together for your group, not with whoever is left over.
Three questions best settled before the event. How many hours we shoot — an hour of getting ready, an hour of the ceremony and three hours of the evening are a different budget. Whether you need a drone — at a villa with a sea view it gives shots you would not get otherwise. How quickly you need the photos — the standard turnaround is three days, and express editing is charged separately.
A waiter is 1,000 ฿ per hour. How many you need depends on the format: for a buffet of up to 30 guests two are usually enough; a banquet with served courses needs more.
A photographer is 5,000 ฿ per hour, with a two-hour minimum. We deliver the finished photos within three days; express editing is available for an extra charge.
For a small villa party, no — the equipment can be delivered and set up. If there is live sound, a stage, the host's microphones and a light programme, you need an engineer: there has to be a person at the console.
Yes. We have a Russian-speaking team, an English-speaking team and Thai staff. We match them to the guests and the venue's requirements.
At long events, yes — it is standard practice. Staff meals are a separate item, 300 ฿ per person.
For almost every role, yes. The exception is hostesses: at least two for two hours, otherwise welcoming guests and guiding them around the venue cannot both be covered.
