What a private party in Phuket looks like
A venue that is yours for the night, a guest list, and a programme that fits the group: a DJ by the pool, a live saxophone at sunset, a show act at the peak of the evening, a bar that does not run dry and a photographer who catches all of it. We bring the technical side from our own warehouse in Thalang and run the night with a coordinator on site, so nobody on your side is working at their own party.

- Villa with a pool — the format we run most often: 10 to 100 guests, your own bar and dance floor, decor and light around the pool. Villas from 10,000 ฿ a day.
- Yacht — 6 to 40 guests, a day trip with a swim stop or a sunset cruise with dinner. Charter from 25,000 ฿.
- Restaurant or beach club — closed for the night, 30 to 300 guests, the house kitchen and our production.

How much does a private party cost?
A villa party for 20 guests with a DJ package, a bartender for five hours and catering starts around 85,000 ฿ excluding the villa; add a show act, a photographer and effects and the same party runs 120,000–150,000 ฿. Larger parties are quoted per project.
Do you find the venue?
Yes — villas, yachts and restaurants that allow events and have the power and space for sound and light. We confirm the rules (music curfew, guest limits) with the owner in writing before you pay.
Can we bring our own DJ?
Yes. Send the rider and we build a set-up they recognise — Pioneer CDJ-3000 and DJM-V10, or the controller they ask for.
What is included in a DJ package?
A DJ for the agreed hours, a sound system matched to the venue and guest count, basic light, delivery, setup and a technician on site.
How early should we book?
A week in low season; two to three weeks from December to February, when villas and artists are in demand.
