How we run events like this

On a large birthday the timing matters: arrival and welcome drink, group photo, toasts, cake and only then the dance part. We hold the schedule so the host of the evening never has to manage anything.

We match the villa to guest numbers and handle security, parking, transfers and sound levels.

Equipment rental, catering and bar

Our own equipment: a JBL sound system, speakers and subwoofers, wireless microphones, mixing desk, Pioneer DJ gear, lighting fixtures and a smoke machine. Sound and light equipment rental in Phuket comes directly from us.

Catering and a mobile bar — chef, waiters, bartenders and signature cocktails. Decorations: helium balloons, glowing letters, floral styling and a photo zone.
