Pre Party Alice in Wonderland — a themed party in Phuket

A warm-up party ahead of our big Halloween project: an open-air venue under the palms, retro string lights, low warm lighting and a fully storybook look. Turnkey event production by Double D Project — script, venue, decorations, equipment and artists.

Photo zone and Alice-themed props

The centrepiece was a custom photo zone: life-size cut-outs and card props, the Mad Hatter hat, Cheshire motifs, a vintage bathtub as an art object and dozens of small props for the shots. Guests picked up props at the entrance, so the photo report came out spontaneous rather than staged.

We build this format around any theme: printed backdrops, cut-out figures and dimensional letters, plus costumes for hostesses and the host.

Equipment rental, catering and decor

The technical side is all ours: a JBL sound system and speakers on stands, subwoofer, wireless microphones, mixing desk, Pioneer DJ equipment, lighting fixtures, UV and a smoke machine. Sound and light equipment rental in Phuket goes directly through us — delivery, setup and an on-site technician included.

Catering and a mobile bar come as a separate block: bartenders, signature cocktails, a soft-drink line, glassware and ice. Decor and styling — florals, textiles, string lights, candles, glowing letters and a photo zone. Equipment rental is available without full event production too.
