Jungle Party at Macaw — a jungle themed party in Phuket

The first large edition of our Jungle Party series in Phuket: over two hundred guests, tropical decor across the venue, animal face-art, a show programme and DJ sets until morning. Turnkey event production by Double D Project.

Scaling up to a large party

Two hundred guests change everything: sound has to cover the whole area evenly, the bar needs enough stations to avoid queues, and entry, security and parking all need managing. We plan the site as a layout — dance floor, bar, photo zone, chill-out and technical area — and staff each of them.

The same approach works for open-air events, festivals and venue parties.

Equipment rental, show and bar

The equipment is our own: a JBL sound system, speakers and subwoofers, wireless microphones, mixing desk, Pioneer DJ gear, LED fixtures, lasers, smoke machines and special effects. Sound and light equipment rental in Phuket comes without middlemen, with delivery, setup and technicians on shift.

For the programme there are fire and LED shows, go-go, a saxophonist and a host; for services — catering, a mobile bar with signature cocktails, decorations and photo zones.
