How much does a birthday party in Phuket cost
Rather than answering "it depends", we built ready packages with a fixed price. Each already includes sound, light, a DJ and an engineer on site — the backbone of the evening. Delivery and setup are quoted separately — from 2,000 ฿ for a car and from 5,000 ฿ for a truck. On top of that you add a programme and food.

Sound and DJ for a birthday party
The equipment is ours, kept in a warehouse on Phuket, and an engineer comes with it. The rig is matched to the venue and the guest count rather than to whatever is free on the date, and there is nobody on site blaming the DJ for the sound or the sound for the DJ.

Can I rent only the equipment, without event organisation?

What if the villa does not have enough power?
We calculate the load in advance and bring a voltage stabiliser or a generator. On Phuket villas this is routine, and it goes into the specification before the quote is signed rather than being discovered at one in the morning.
How far in advance should I book?
In low season a week is usually enough. High season runs November to April and the good villas go months ahead. Between 28 December and 3 January artists charge a surcharge and venues are booked well in advance.
Can I have a birthday party on a yacht?
Yes, those are separate packages: Yacht Basic at 20,000 ฿ for up to 15 guests and Yacht Premium at 30,000 ฿ for 15 to 40, with a DJ included for three hours of the cruise. The equipment on the water is different — compact, battery-powered and moisture-resistant. See yacht party.
