New Year 2023 at The View — a gala dinner with fireworks

New Year night at The View: seated dinner, an evening dress code with sequins, a show programme, glasses raised by the pool and fireworks at the countdown. Turnkey New Year event production by Double D Project.

Gala dinner and pyrotechnics

A seated format demands exact timing: courses, toasts, show acts and the walk out to the fireworks all have to land on midnight. We agree the pyrotechnic part with the venue in advance and fire it from a safe zone, synced with light and music.

Besides fireworks we use cold fountains, CO2 cannons and smoke machines — they work where full pyrotechnics are not allowed.

Equipment rental, catering and bar

Our own equipment: a JBL sound system, speakers and subwoofers, wireless microphones for the host, mixing desk, Pioneer DJ gear, LED fixtures, lasers and smoke machines. Equipment rental in Phuket comes directly from us, with delivery, setup and a technician on shift.

Catering and a mobile bar — chef, waiters, bartenders and signature cocktails. Decorations: New Year styling, string lights, florals, glowing letters and a photo zone.
