Art exhibition and vernissage in Phuket

An exhibition opening with a gallery format: works lit individually, a quiet ambient set instead of a dance floor, a short speech block with the artist and a reception afterwards. Turnkey production by Double D Project.

A gallery is a different discipline

A vernissage is not a party: the lighting has to serve the artwork, the sound has to sit under conversation, and the run of show is built around the speeches and the press moment. We plan accent lighting for each piece, set a low ambient sound level and coordinate the guest flow through the space.

We deliver the same format for presentations, brand launches and corporate receptions.

Equipment rental, catering and staff

The equipment is ours: a JBL sound system and compact speakers, wireless and lapel microphones, mixing desk, accent and architectural lighting, LED panels, a projector and screen. Sound and light equipment rental in Phuket comes directly from us, with delivery, setup and a technician.

Catering and a mobile bar connect separately — canapés, waiters, bartenders and wine or cocktail service. Decor, branded backdrops, florals and a photo zone are available on request.
