Timing the light

A sunset format depends on one thing you cannot move — the sun. We plan the run of show backwards from it: the guests arrive, the sax plays through the golden hour, the peak lands as the light goes, and the lighting rig takes over from there.

The same format works at clifftop restaurants, beach clubs, villas with a sea view and on board a yacht.

Equipment rental, artists and bar

The equipment is ours: a JBL sound system, speakers on stands and subwoofers, wireless microphones, mixing desk, Pioneer DJ gear, LED fixtures, architectural uplighting and a haze machine. Sound and light equipment rental in Phuket comes without middlemen, with delivery, setup and a technician.

From the artist list, sunset evenings usually take a saxophonist, a violinist or percussion. Catering, a mobile bar with signature cocktails, textiles, candles and a photo zone are added separately.
