Alice Birthday Party — a birthday at a villa in Phuket

What the preparation covered

We handled the full production: villa selection, florals and decor, table styling, the cake, technical support and a photographer. The script was built around the toasts and a surprise for the birthday girl, without an overloaded programme.

The format scales easily — from a dinner for ten to a party for 100+ guests with a DJ and a show programme.

Equipment rental, catering and decorations

Our own equipment: a JBL sound system and speakers, subwoofer, wireless microphones, mixing desk, Pioneer DJ gear, lighting fixtures and a haze machine. Sound and light equipment rental in Phuket goes directly through us, with delivery to the villa and setup.

Catering, a mobile bar and signature cocktails connect separately, as do decorations: floral styling, candles, helium balloons, glowing letters and a photo zone. Equipment rental is possible without full event production.
