Event services in Phuket: catering, bar, logistics
Equipment and artists are half an event. The other half is that someone brought everything to the venue, built it before the guests arrived, laid the tables, planned the bar and took the gear away at night. Double D Project covers that half: logistics, installation, catering, bar, cake, fireworks.
Food and drinks
Catering is priced per guest with a minimum order of 20,000 ฿. On a yacht it works differently: there is no galley, so it is either a set menu brought from shore or a chef cooking on board.
Bar
Purchasing is a separate service: we go, choose, deliver and report with receipts. The cost of the alcohol itself is not included and is paid against those receipts. Delivery to a pier for a yacht charter is calculated separately.
Logistics and installation
How logistics is priced across Phuket
The island is small, but the drive takes longer than the map suggests. Rawai, Chalong and Phuket Town are the close zone. Patong, Karon and Kata are the middle one — hill roads and high-season traffic. Kamala, Surin, Bang Tao, Layan and Thalang are far: around an hour each way. Cape Yamu, Ao Po and the northern beaches are calculated separately, as are pier runs for yacht charters.
That is why logistics starts from 2,000 ฿ for a car and from 5,000 ฿ for a truck — the exact figure depends on the zone and how many runs are needed.
The end of the night
Fireworks need venue approval and calm weather. A drone show is for larger events: the choreography is designed for the occasion, so it needs lead time.
Full event management
If you would rather not assemble the evening piece by piece, we take the whole thing: venue, programme, equipment, staff, timing. Minimum order for event management is 15,000 ฿. A manager site visit to view a villa is 5,000 ฿.
What people forget to budget
Three things surface at the end. Crew meals — on an event over four hours the team has to eat, 300 ฿ per person. Night pack-down — equipment does not stay on site until morning unless the villa owner agrees. Power — villas often cannot carry a full rig, which means a generator and cabling.

How much is a firework show in Phuket?
From 50,000 ฿. It requires venue approval and suitable weather — strong wind means the launch is postponed.
Can you manage the whole event?
Yes. Minimum order for full event management is 15,000 ฿ and covers venue, programme, equipment, staff and timing.
