Kimono Edition — a Japanese themed party in Phuket

A themed night in Japanese aesthetics: a kimono dress code, red and black styling, lanterns and fans in the decor, a show programme and DJ sets into the night. Turnkey event production by Double D Project.

Theme and decorations

A Japanese theme is built on graphics and restraint: lanterns, fans, calligraphy on the backdrop, red accents against dark surfaces and low warm light. We produce the printed elements, build the photo zone and dress the hostesses to match.

We assemble the same kind of themed set for any concept the client brings — the structure of the work does not change.

Equipment rental, catering and bar

All the equipment is ours: a JBL sound system, speakers and subwoofers, wireless microphones, mixing desk, Pioneer DJ gear, LED fixtures, lasers and a smoke machine. Sound and light equipment rental in Phuket comes without middlemen, with delivery, setup and a technician on shift.

Catering and a mobile bar are added separately — chef, waiters, bartenders and signature cocktails — as are decorations and a photo zone. Equipment rental is available on its own too.
