A business event, not just a party

A commercial opening has goals beyond atmosphere: the presentation has to be heard, the brand has to be visible in every frame and guests have to leave with the right impression. We plan the sound for speech as carefully as for music, provide screens and a projector, brand the space and cover the event with a photographer and videographer.

We work the same way with conferences, presentations, MICE programmes and corporate celebrations.

Equipment rental, catering and staff

The equipment is ours: a JBL sound system, speakers and subwoofers, wireless and lapel microphones, mixing desk, Pioneer DJ gear, a projector and screen, LED panels and architectural lighting. Sound and light equipment rental in Phuket comes directly from us, with delivery, setup and a technician.

Catering and a mobile bar connect separately — chef, waiters, bartenders and cocktails — along with decorations, branded backdrops and a photo zone.
