Shambala Private Party — a boho party at a villa in Phuket

A private party in boho aesthetics at a villa with a pool and tropical garden: linen fabrics, ethnic details, warm light and uplighting on the trees. Turnkey event production by Double D Project.

Format and atmosphere

We built the night without a rigid script: guest arrival and a welcome drink, then a DJ set with a slow tempo build, dancing by the pool and a night swim. This format is often chosen for a birthday or an anniversary with a small circle of guests.

We match the venue to guest count and budget — from compact villas in Rawai and Chalong to larger houses in Layan and Bang Tao.

Equipment rental, catering and decor

Sound and light are our own: a JBL sound system, speakers on stands and a subwoofer, mixing desk, wireless microphones, Pioneer DJ equipment, garden lighting, lamps and a smoke machine. Sound and light equipment rental in Phuket comes without middlemen, with setup and a technician included.

Catering and the mobile bar are built to fit: buffet or seated dinner, bartenders and signature cocktails, tropical fresh juices. Decor — florals, textiles, candles in vases, bamboo torches and petals in the pool. Equipment rental is also available on its own.
