Event staff hire in Phuket
A good evening rests on people the guests barely notice. The waiter who clears a glass before anyone thinks about it. The bartender who never runs out of ice. The photographer who shoots rather than asks people to pose. Double D Project supplies tested event staff across Phuket — villas, hotels, restaurants, beach venues and yachts.
Guest service
Minimum booking for hostesses is two people for two hours: one person cannot cover the entrance and guide guests around the venue at the same time.
Photo and video
Minimum booking is two hours. Photographs are delivered within three days, with express processing available. Editing, drone footage and raw files uploaded to the cloud are priced separately for video.
Technical crew
You do not always need an engineer. On a small villa with one sound system the gear can simply be delivered and set up. On an event with live sound, a stage and a lighting programme, somebody has to be at the console — otherwise there is nobody to react when something goes off plan.

How many people you need
There is no exact formula, but there are working numbers. For a standing buffet one waiter usually covers 20–25 guests; for a served dinner, half that. One bartender holds a bar for roughly 30 people — beyond that you need a second one, or the queue becomes the party. On an event longer than four hours the crew has to be fed, which is a separate line at 300 ฿ per person.
Who you need for which format
Villa wedding. Waiters, a bartender, photographer and videographer, and a coordinator. The coordinator is not a luxury: somebody has to hold the timing between the ceremony, dinner and the evening — and it should not be the couple.
Corporate event. Hostesses for welcome and registration, waiters, and a technical crew if there are presentations or performances.
Villa party. A bartender, one or two helpers for service and clearing, a photographer for the first couple of hours. That is often enough.
Yacht. Minimal crew — there is little space. Usually a bartender and a photographer. A hostess is not needed on board and a set menu replaces the waiter.
Languages
The choice depends on your guests, not on budget. English-speaking crew for mixed events and hotels. Russian-speaking for Russian groups where everything should be understood immediately. Thai staff where the venue requires it, and in formats where Thai hostesses are part of the atmosphere.
