Neon Ice Party — a neon party on an ice rink in Phuket

An unusual venue instead of a villa: we took a neon party onto an indoor ice rink. Guests skated and tried the hockey shooter trainer, and after the ice session the space turned into a dance floor with disco balls and neon light. Turnkey event production by Double D Project.

Concept and styling

The whole decor was built on neon and UV: glowing elements, neon lamps, striped party decor and mirror disco balls above the dance floor. Guests were handed glowing accessories, and photographers shot both on the ice and on the dance floor — a format that is rare for Phuket and works well for kids birthdays, team-building days and corporate events.

We take on the venue as a whole: rink rental, equipment, staff coordination, run-of-show timing and all technical support.

Sound, light and equipment rental

Our own inventory lets us cover a non-standard venue: a JBL sound system, speakers and subwoofers, wireless microphones for the host, a mixing desk and Pioneer DJ equipment. Lighting — LED Beam and LED Bar, UV lamps, strobes, lasers and smoke machines. Equipment rental in Phuket comes directly from us, with delivery, setup and an on-site technician.

Catering and a mobile bar are available too — bartenders and cocktails, including a soft-drink line for family formats — as well as decorations: glowing letters, LED balls, helium balloons and a photo zone.
