A daytime celebration: what we plan for

A daytime format has its own requirements: shade and airflow, protection for the equipment from sun and rain, iced drinks and a programme without long pauses. We put up canopies where needed, use battery power and keep the timing short but full.

This option is often chosen by families with children and by groups who want the party to finish before evening.

Equipment rental, catering and decor

The equipment is ours: a JBL sound system and battery-powered speakers, wireless microphones for toasts, mixing desk, Pioneer DJ gear, plus a tent and generator when needed. Equipment rental in Phuket comes directly from us, with delivery to the villa and setup.

Extras: catering and buffet, a mobile bar with cocktails and lemonades, helium balloons, floral styling, inflatable letters and a photo zone.
