Chartering a yacht as an event venue in Phuket
A yacht is the only venue in Phuket that runs on a schedule. Anything not loaded before departure stays ashore, so a party at sea is planned more precisely than any other. We match the vessel to the format and take on the music, the decor, the cake and the timing.
Catamaran or motor yacht
A catamaran is steadier and roomier: people dance on it, a long table fits, and children are comfortable — the motion is barely felt, which is the deciding argument for guests who worry about seasickness. A motor yacht is faster and more private, better for a small group and for longer runs to Phi Phi, James Bond Island or Racha. A sailing yacht is a story about beautiful photographs and a calm day, not about a dance floor.
What to settle before booking
- Season and side of the island. November to April the west coast is calm; May to October routes move east. It affects both the itinerary and the price.
- Sunset. The shot of the day. We calculate sunset for your date and plan the route so the yacht is in the right bay at that moment, not on its way back to the marina.
- Food and ice. There is no shop on board. Catering, drinks, ice and the cake are loaded in advance and with a margin — it is a separate line in the preparation.
- Sound. A vessel's own audio system is almost always too weak. We bring a battery-powered rig that does not depend on the yacht's generator.
- Effects. Open flame is forbidden on board; cold sparks and CO₂ jets work, and we clear them with the captain in advance.

Venue prices are indicative and depend on season, day of the week and guest count — high season from November to April costs more. Equipment is priced per item in our catalogue. Venue sourcing is free when we produce the event. Payment terms: 50% deposit, balance before the event; cash or bank transfer.

Choosing the boat and the route
The vessel is matched to guest numbers and budget: a compact catamaran for a small group, a large motor yacht for a corporate outing. We agree the route with the captain, plan around tides and weather, arrange guest transfers to the pier and handle all the paperwork.
Departures run from Chalong, Ao Po and Boat Lagoon depending on the destination.
Equipment rental, bar and catering
We bring our own kit on board: a battery-powered JBL sound system, speakers and subwoofer, wireless microphones for the host, mixing desk and Pioneer DJ equipment, plus LED fixtures for the evening leg. Sound and light equipment rental in Phuket comes without middlemen, with delivery to the pier and setup before departure.
Catering and a mobile bar are built for the water: cold platters and seafood, fruit, a bartender with signature cocktails, ice and glassware. Deck decorations and a photographer are added on request.
