Halloween Party / Alice in Wonderland in Phuket

A large Halloween project in Alice in Wonderland aesthetics: a costume dress code, a built set with props and cut-out figures, a show programme, special effects and DJ sets until morning. Turnkey production by Double D Project.

Set design and show

Two things carry a Halloween party — the set and the effects. We built the space as a full scene with themed props and a photo zone, added haze, low smoke, lasers and cold fireworks, and lined up the show acts, the host and a costume contest.

We take on the whole cycle: concept, decor production, artists, technical delivery and photo and video coverage.

Equipment rental, effects and bar

All the equipment is ours: a JBL sound system, speakers and subwoofers, wireless microphones, mixing desk, Pioneer DJ gear, LED Beam and LED Bar fixtures, strobes, lasers, smoke and low-smoke machines. Sound and light equipment rental in Phuket comes without middlemen, with setup and a technician.

Catering, a mobile bar with themed cocktails, decorations and a photo zone connect as separate blocks.
