How many waiters are needed
At a seated banquet — one waiter per 10–15 guests, so every table is served at once. At a standing reception or a cocktail party — one per 20–25 guests plus a person clearing the glassware. At a wedding we add one for the ceremony with drinks and one for the bar if there is no bartender. The exact crew is counted from the menu and the venue: a villa with a long way from the kitchen to the tables needs more hands than a restaurant hall.
What a shift includes
Arrival an hour to an hour and a half before the guests, table setting, serving food and drinks, clearing during the evening and after it; the uniform — white shirts or corporate colours to your dress code. A shift is counted by the hour, four minimum; the staff speak Russian, English and Thai, and for international guests we put in bilingual pairs.
With catering or without
The waiters work with our catering and with yours: the venue's restaurant, a delivery or the villa's own kitchen. In the latter case we ask for the menu and the timing in advance to plan the tableware, the ice and the number of people serving.
What staff cost
Event staff — 1,000 ฿ an hour per person: waiters and helpers; a hostess — 2,000 ฿ an hour, a bartender — 3,000 ฿ an hour. The minimum shift is 4 hours; the uniform is agreed to the format (white shirts, corporate colours).

Waiters at an event mean order in the room. The staff prepare the tables and set them for the format of the evening. They meet the guests, show them to their tables and seat them. Young men and women in neat uniforms of your choice and in the corporate colours serve drinks and dishes on time and keep the tables tidy. They speak politely with the guests and settle any question about the menu, since they coordinate with the chefs and the bartenders. The staff can also be given part of the decoration of the tables and the room.
