How much does a villa or theme party in Phuket cost
The theme decides the decor and the dress code. The backbone of the evening is the same every time: a venue, sound, light, a DJ and an engineer on site. Delivery and setup are quoted separately — from 2,000 ฿ for a car and from 5,000 ฿ for a truck. So we quote from ready packages and add the theme on top.

How much does a theme party in Phuket cost?
A ready package with sound, light and a DJ starts at 10,000 ฿ for up to 15 guests and 25,000 ฿ for a villa party of up to 30. Themed decor is added on top, from 2,500 ฿ per element. Minimum order for organisation is 15,000 ฿.
Can I choose my own theme?
Yes. We build the decor, costumes, lighting and programme around any idea — from a neon party or Gatsby to tropical or Halloween. A couple of reference images is enough to start.
Where are theme parties held in Phuket?
Most often at villas with a pool, where there are no restrictions on dress code or decor. Beach clubs, restaurants, rooftops and yachts also work. We check in advance whether the venue allows amplified music after 22:00.
What if the villa does not have enough power?
We calculate the load in advance and bring a voltage stabiliser or a generator. It is written into the specification before the quote is signed.
How far in advance should I book?
In low season a week is usually enough. High season runs November to April and good villas go months ahead; between 28 December and 3 January artists charge a surcharge.
Can I rent only the equipment?
Yes. Sound, light and DJ equipment are rented separately, with an engineer on site; delivery and setup are quoted separately — from 2,000 ฿ for a car and from 5,000 ฿ for a truck. Prices are in the catalogue.
