Corporate events and MICE in Phuket — what it costs
Corporate work on the island splits into two questions: the technical side, which we quote precisely, and the venue and catering, which depend on your hotel and headcount. The technical base for an event above 30 guests is our CORPORATE Ultra package at 39,000 ฿ — sound calculated for a venue where people spread across the grounds rather than standing by the speakers, plus light, a DJ and an engineer on site. Delivery and setup are quoted separately — from 2,000 ฿ for a car and from 5,000 ฿ for a truck.

Minimum order for event organisation is 15,000 ฿. We are a registered Thai company and issue a contract and an invoice, which most corporate clients and hotels require.

Venue rules worth knowing before you book
Hotels are the strictest venue on Phuket. Pyrotechnics and flame effects are agreed with the events department in advance, and smoke has to be checked against fire detectors before it is booked. Many villa estates ask for outdoor music to stop at 22:00. On a yacht there is no open flame at all. Power is the other constraint — a large share of villas cannot carry a full rig on the house supply, so we calculate the load in advance and bring a stabiliser or a generator.

Do you issue an invoice and work under a contract?
Yes. Double D Project Co., Ltd. is a registered Thai company, so we work under a contract and issue invoices — the standard requirement for corporate clients and hotel events departments.
Do you provide simultaneous interpretation?
Yes, a full simultaneous interpretation system is 35,000 ฿ per event. Our own team works in English, Russian, Thai and Chinese.
Can you work inside a hotel we have already booked?
Yes. We coordinate with the hotel's events department on load-in times, power, noise and any effects that need approval. That coordination is part of the job, not an extra.
Can you run a team building day on a yacht?
Yes. Yacht Premium at 30,000 ฿ covers 15 to 40 guests with sound, light and a DJ for three hours of the cruise. Routes go to Phi Phi, Phang Nga Bay, Racha, Coral Island and Koh Yao.
How far in advance should we book?
For a conference or gala, as early as possible — high season runs November to April and hotel function space goes months ahead. Smaller team events in low season can usually be arranged within a couple of weeks.
