Need good live music for your event?
Book a pianist with a wide repertoire. We work across Phuket and, if needed, help with a comfortable venue and the other details of the organisation.
A pianist for an event
Music is an important part of a wedding. A pianist plays at the ceremony with the exchange of rings or at the celebration afterwards. The standard performance is 2 sets of 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. A pianist for a wedding can be combined with other musicians. Contact us to put together an interesting programme around your wishes and musical taste.
A pianist's performance fits the programme of a business reception, a business meeting, a standing reception or a team-building. The artists who work with our event agency adapt the performance to the event and its audience. We pick the right length of programme for the format.
How to book a pianist for a formal event or a celebration
Leave a request with your contact details and a description of the event through the form on the site, and we will call or write back to discuss the details. If you need more than a pianist, add other services (a DJ with equipment, laser shows, ethnic dances and much more). For a quick answer, give the venue, the date and the number of guests. You can also book a pianist by the phone number given, on social media or in a messenger.
Where a pianist can be booked
Piano music is a fine accompaniment for a celebration of any format. The instrument can stand outdoors or in a hall, for an audience from a couple to dozens of guests.
Talented pianists are in demand at other celebrations too:
- anniversaries and birthday celebrations;
- lively parties with good music;
- professional holidays and corporate events.
What the price of a pianist depends on
The rate depends on:
- the number of artists in the programme;
- how long the pianist performs at the event;
- whether extra sound equipment, an MC, musicians, dancers and other artists are needed.
When you contact the agency, a specialist works out exactly what a pianist's performance costs for your celebration. The rates are transparent and clear: we set the budget in advance and keep to the agreed terms.
What a pianist costs
Live musicians — from 18,000 ฿ per performance: usually two sets of 30–40 minutes at the welcome and at sunset, or one long set over dinner. We bring the sound for the piano from our own warehouse; on a yacht or a beach we set up autonomous power.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pianist cost in Phuket?
From 18,000 ฿ per performance — two sets of 30–40 minutes or one long set. Sound with a technician is from 3,500 ฿ if the venue has none of its own.
Can I request particular pieces?
Yes, we agree the repertoire a week ahead; pieces new to the musician need an early booking and a fee for learning them.
Do the musicians play on a yacht or a beach?
Yes — with their own sound on autonomous power; a live saxophone or violin on a yacht's sunset leg is the most common format.
Can it be combined with a DJ?
Yes: the musician plays over the DJ set at the welcome and at sunset, the DJ takes the dancing — that is how an evening runs without pauses.
