Planning a concert in Phuket starts with the technical base: a stage from 20,000 ฿, an LED screen from 45,000 ฿, a sound and light kit with a technician from 3,500 ฿. Stage, screen, line-array sound, lighting, engineers for 8 hours, a generator and delivery come to about 131,500 ฿. We run a concert from venue and permits to the artist's rider and the load-out, on our own equipment, in Phuket since 2013.

What we do

  • Venue and permissions. A beach club, restaurant, hotel or open-air site; curfew, noise, permits for pyrotechnics and fire.
  • Technical production. Stage, sound, lighting, lasers, LED screens, generators — our own equipment and our own engineers.
  • Artists and rider. Headliner, support acts, DJs, shows; hospitality and technical riders, transfers, green room.
  • Show day. Build, soundcheck, hostesses and entry, running order, load-out after the show.

Company annual party

An annual company party with a concert segment — stage, a screen for the presentation, awards, an MC, live music and a DJ, dinner for 100 guests at a hotel — comes to about 495,500 ฿. For groups from China we run the programme with a Chinese-speaking MC on request.

How preparation runs

Six to eight weeks out — venue, date and concept; four weeks — rider and stage plot; one week — running order and crew list; on the day — build in the morning, soundcheck, show, overnight load-out.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to organise a concert in Phuket?

The technical base — stage, LED screen, line-array sound, lighting, engineers, generator and delivery — is about 131,500 ฿. The artist's fee and the venue are quoted separately.

How late can a concert run?

At open-air venues loud music usually ends by 22:00–00:00; clubs in Patong run later. The exact time depends on the venue and the area; see the areas guide.

Do we need permits?

For fire, pyrotechnics and drones — yes, arranged by the venue or by us through a contractor. A private concert at a venue licensed for music usually needs no separate permit.

Do you work on Samui and in Bangkok?

Yes, we bring equipment and crew to Samui, Phangan and Bangkok; delivery to the mainland is from 10,000 ฿.

We came to them to organise a birthday party — it was urgent, for the very next day. Amazingly, they pulled it off: they brought lights, sound and even a DJ. They saved the day! We recommend them to everyone.

I really liked how smoothly and quickly the team works! I came asking for a corporate party at a villa — they made several proposals, and it was easy to choose.
