The CDJ-3000 plays tracks from a USB stick or SD card prepared in rekordbox. The 9-inch touch screen shows the waveform and jumps to any point with a touch; eight Hot Cue buttons and dedicated Beat Jump buttons let the DJ build the set fast. The players link over Pro DJ Link on a gigabit network and share tracks with each other.
The body is 32.9 × 45.3 × 11.8 cm and weighs 5.5 kg. Two or four players are usually taken with a DJM-V10, DJM-A9 or DJM-900NXS2 mixer — for a club night, a villa party or a corporate event with a guest DJ.
The player is rented by the unit. A ready set of two CDJ-3000s and a mixer is the DJ Setup CDJ3000.
