Prices are per night or per day of hire and do not include the party itself; a villa that sleeps your guests turns a one-night party into a weekend, which is what most groups end up doing.
What to check before you book
- Events allowed, in writing. Many rental villas forbid parties or cap guests at the number of sleepers. We confirm event terms, guest limits and the deposit with the owner before you pay.
- Music curfew. Most villas allow amplified music until 22:00–23:00; some estates in Kamala and Cape Yamu allow later, beach-side villas near hotels rarely do. Plan the loud part before the curfew and the late part with a quieter setup.
- Power. A DJ set-up, light and a bar fridge need 4–6 kW that many villas cannot spare; we survey the board and bring a generator (10,000 ฿) when needed.
- Access for a truck. Hillside villas with a steep or narrow road mean carrying equipment by hand — it adds crew and time.
- Pool deck and lawn. A dance floor for 50 needs about 40 m² of flat surface by the pool; the lawn takes the bar and the photo zone.
- Neighbours and staff. A villa with staff on site and a manager's phone number solves half the problems on the night.
