A Thai hostess meets guests at the entrance, handles the guest list and badges, shows people to their tables and stays through the evening to answer questions and pass requests to the crew. For a conference she runs registration; for a wedding or a villa party she greets arrivals and keeps the flow to the bar and the tables.
One hostess covers thirty to forty guests at reception; larger groups and events with several zones take two or more. The dress code is agreed to the event; the minimum booking is two hostesses for 2 hours.
