A restaurant sits between a villa and a hotel: the kitchen already exists, nothing has to be cooked from scratch, and the atmosphere is livelier than a banquet hall. It suits birthdays for 20–60 guests, small corporate events, anniversaries and daytime kids' parties. We find the place, negotiate the buyout and bring everything else.
Buyout or minimum spend
Restaurants in Phuket almost never charge rent. They work on a deposit: you guarantee a spend, and for that time the room is yours. If your guests eat and drink to that figure, the deposit is simply absorbed into the bill. If they do not, the difference stays with the restaurant. So the real question is not "what does the venue cost" but "what minimum can your group realistically reach" — and we help you judge that honestly.
What to settle in advance
- Full buyout or part of the room. A separate terrace is cheaper, but strangers will be sitting nearby — for a birthday with a host and music that rarely works.
- Your own music. Not every restaurant allows a DJ and outside sound: they have agreements with neighbours and volume limits. We check before the deposit is paid.
- Finish time. Most venues close at 23:00–24:00. If the evening has to run longer, you want a villa.
- Cake and alcohol from outside. Usually allowed against a corkage fee. We fix the amount in writing.
- Space for equipment. A DJ booth, speakers and a photo zone take floor area that has to come out of the seating plan.
Formats
Birthdays for 20–60 guests are the most frequent booking. Corporate dinners for smaller teams. Anniversaries and family dinners where the food matters more than a dance floor. Daytime kids' parties with entertainers. Hen parties on a private terrace. Dinner after a beach wedding ceremony.

Venue prices are indicative and depend on season, day of the week and guest count — high season from November to April costs more. Equipment is priced per item in our catalogue. Venue sourcing is free when we produce the event. Payment terms: 50% deposit, balance before the event; cash or bank transfer.
