A hotel is what you book when there are many guests, some of them flying in, and everything has to be predictable: a banquet room, a kitchen, parking, air conditioning and bedrooms in the same place. We match the venue to the format and add what the hotel does not have — lighting, screen, stage, programme and crew.
Ballroom or outdoor space
A ballroom is a guarantee: rain, wind and heat do not touch the evening, the power is there and the technical build is simpler. An outdoor lawn or beachfront is more beautiful and photographs better, but it needs a plan B for rain and it is limited in time — in almost every hotel outdoor music stops at 22:00 and the evening moves inside. We build that into the timeline in advance rather than solving it on the night.
What to ask the hotel before booking
- F&B minimum. Hotels rarely charge for the room — they charge a minimum spend on food and drink. That minimum, not the "free" venue, is the real price of the evening.
- Outside catering. Almost never allowed. A cake from outside is sometimes permitted, against a corkage fee.
- Your own equipment and DJ. Allowed more often than people expect, but it must be agreed in advance and needs a build window, usually a few hours before doors.
- Finish time. Typically midnight inside the ballroom, 22:00 outdoors.
- Power and distribution points. Hotels are reliable here, but we still confirm in writing that the supply covers a stage and an LED screen.

Weddings with a beach ceremony and a banquet in the ballroom. Conferences and MICE — stage, screen, microphones and simultaneous interpretation. Corporate events and gala dinners for 100–300 guests. Milestone birthdays where air conditioning and comfort for older guests matter. Kids' parties in a separate room.

Venue prices are indicative and depend on season, day of the week and guest count — high season from November to April costs more. Equipment is priced per item in our catalogue. Venue sourcing is free when we produce the event. Payment terms: 50% deposit, balance before the event; cash or bank transfer.
