Event Agency in Patong, Phuket
Double D Project produces private and corporate events in Patong — beach club nights, hotel banquets, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, product launches and weddings. We have worked on Phuket since 2013 as Double D Project Co., Ltd., own our sound, lighting, staging and effects, and run them with our own technicians. Prices are published below. What we run in Patong
Beach club and club nights
Patong is the one part of the island where late, loud and crowded is the normal case rather than the exception. We bring the DJ, the rig and the operator: a DJ from 3,500 THB per hour with a two-hour minimum, a sound and light set 3,500 THB, an LED DJ booth 10,000 THB, low fog 10,000 THB, a horizontal fog machine 3,500 THB.
Birthdays and private parties
Hotel suites, rooftop bars, restaurants and beachfront venues. Venue hire from 10,000 THB for a beach or sea-view rooftop, 25,000 THB for a restaurant, catering 2,500 THB per guest, free flow bar 2,000 THB per guest, bartender 2,000 THB per hour, bento cake 3,500 THB.
Bachelor and bachelorette parties
Usually a chain rather than one venue: a villa or hotel start, a restaurant, then a club. What breaks these evenings is transport and timing between the points, so we run them with a coordinator and a fixed schedule rather than a group chat.
Corporate evenings and product launches
Hotel ballrooms and beach clubs, stage 20,000 THB, a 4 × 2.5 m LED wall 45,000 THB, host 20,000 THB for 3–5 hours, live musicians 18,000 THB, cold fireworks 5,000 THB per machine. The full corporate brief is on the corporate events and MICE page.
Weddings and receptions
Patong suits a reception more than a ceremony — the beach is public and busy. Couples usually take the ceremony to a quieter bay and the party back to Patong. Formats and budgets are on the wedding page.
What Patong specifically demands
- Load-in windows are narrow. Beach Road and Bangla are congested from late afternoon; a truck that has not delivered by mid-afternoon will not deliver on time. We build in the morning, not at 5pm
- Power is the usual failure. Older hotel and beachfront boards will not carry a full rig plus an LED wall. We survey before quoting, and a 6 kW generator with fuel is 10,000 THB if the survey says you need one
- Noise and closing times vary by venue and are agreed with the venue in writing before we quote, not discovered on the night
- Delivery. 2,000 THB by car, 5,000 THB by truck from our base in Thalang — Patong is one of the longer runs on the island because of the hill road, which is another reason the build starts early

- How much does a party in Patong cost?
- A small private party with a venue, a DJ and a sound and light set starts around 20,000–30,000 THB. A restaurant evening for 30 guests with catering and a free flow bar comes to roughly 160,000 THB: venue 25,000, catering 30 × 2,500, bar 30 × 2,000. The minimum order is 15,000 THB.
- Can you organise a bachelor party in Patong?
- Yes — villa or hotel start, restaurant, then a club, with transport and timing planned in advance and a coordinator running the evening. We do not sell adult entertainment; what we provide is the venue chain, the technical side, the host, the DJ and the logistics.
- How late can music run in Patong?
- It depends on the venue rather than on the district, and Patong venues generally allow later programmes than a residential bay would. We confirm the closing time with the venue in writing before quoting, so it is part of the plan rather than a surprise at midnight.
- Do you work with hotels and beach clubs in Patong?
- Yes. We bring our own sound, lighting, stage and effects into the venue and coordinate with its management on load-in, power and closing time. If a venue insists on its own technical supplier we still produce the event and work alongside them.
- How far in advance should we book?
- For high season, November to April, four to six months for a venue and two to four weeks for equipment and crew. Venues and catering run out long before equipment does. Tell us the date as soon as it is fixed, even before the budget is.
- Do you work in Russian and English?
- Yes — coordination, hosting and the technical crew work in Russian, English and Thai. Double D Project Co., Ltd. is a registered Thai company, so a contract and an invoice are part of the deal.
