Event Agency in Phuket

Double D Project is an event agency based in Phuket. We have been producing events on the island since 2013 and have delivered more than a thousand of them — from a private dinner for two on a beach to full-scale themed productions for audiences of over a thousand.

What we do

In-house, not outsourced

We own our sound and lighting inventory and employ our own technical crew. That is unusual for an event agency in Phuket, where most work is coordinated between separate suppliers, and it is the reason our timelines hold: we are not waiting on a rental company to confirm a date before we can confirm yours.

Beyond the technical side we handle venue search — villas, yachts, hotels, beach clubs and private islands — decor, catering and mobile bar, DJs, hosts, dancers and live acts, photography and video, guest transport, and the party van when the celebration needs to move.

Where we work

Phuket is home. We also produce events on Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, in Phang Nga and Bangkok, and we have worked outside Thailand, in Indonesia and China.

Languages

English, Russian, Thai and Chinese. In practice this matters more than it sounds: a wedding in Phuket usually involves an international couple, Thai venue staff and suppliers, and guests from three or four countries. Someone has to hold that together, and it is easier when the same team can speak to everyone directly.

How we start

Tell us the date, the approximate number of guests, and what the event is for. We come back with a concept and a budget. Nothing is charged until the concept is approved.
