Corporate Events and MICE in Phuket

Corporate work is judged differently from private events. Nobody congratulates you when the microphone works; they notice only when it does not. Double D Project has been running conferences, incentive programmes and corporate celebrations in Phuket since 2013 on that understanding.

The technical side is ours

Sound, lighting, LED screens, staging and power are our own equipment operated by our own crew. For a conference this is not a detail: a failed microphone during a keynote is the one outcome that cannot be recovered, and it is far less likely when the people who set up the system are still in the room.

We run a technical rehearsal before every corporate event. Presentations get tested on the actual screen, with the actual laptop, in the actual room.

What else we handle

Venue selection across hotels, conference centres, villas, yachts and beach clubs. Delegate transport and airport transfers. Catering and coffee breaks. Hosts and MCs, live acts, entertainment. Registration desks and signage. Photography and video. A single timeline that everyone works from.

Languages and paperwork

We work in English, Russian, Thai and Chinese. Double D Project Co., Ltd. is a registered Thai company and issues proper invoices — which for corporate clients tends to matter as much as anything above.

Planning horizon

For a multi-day programme, three months or more. For a single evening event, three to four weeks. High season, December to February, needs longer notice for both.
