Yes. Double D Project Co., Ltd. is a registered Thai company operating on Phuket since 2013, and we work on a contract with an invoice, which is normally what a corporate procurement process requires.

How far in advance should a corporate programme be booked?

For 50 guests or more in high season, four to six months. Equipment and crew we can usually cover at shorter notice — it is venues, yachts and catering that run out first. Tell us the dates as soon as they are fixed, even before the budget is approved.

What happens if it rains?

Every outdoor element has a covered alternative identified before the event and a decision point agreed with you, usually a few hours before guests arrive. Phuket rain is heavy and short, so the plan is about protecting twenty minutes rather than cancelling a day.

Can a package run in Russian?

Yes — coordination, hosting and the technical crew all work in Russian, English and Thai. Most of our corporate clients are Russian-speaking companies with international guests, so mixed-language rooms are the normal case here.

That is not useful when you are comparing three suppliers and need to know within a day who fits the budget. Departs from Chalong pier. A full day adds 20,000 THB. For a group of 10 the smaller Y1 starts at 45,000 THB. No open flame or pyrotechnics on board — that is a charter rule, not ours.

Beaches in Thailand are public and cannot be closed off, so this format works best in the late afternoon when the beach empties. Between May and October we agree a covered fallback in advance.
