We supply and run LED screens for events across Phuket — modular panels built to the size your venue and audience actually need, delivered, rigged, fed with content and operated by our own crew. In service since 2013, with our own inventory rather than sub-rented panels.
Three things, and none of them is the headline size. How far the furthest guest sits determines how fine the panel pitch has to be — a screen that looks sharp from twenty metres can look like a grid from three. Whether the screen stands outdoors in daylight decides the brightness class. And the venue's power supply decides whether we bring a generator and a stabiliser or plug into the house.
Tell us the room or the lawn, roughly how the guests will be seated and what will be on screen, and we size it. That conversation takes ten minutes and saves a screen that is wrong on the day.
We hold our own stock, so we can commit to a date without waiting on a third-party supplier to confirm.

Prices are per event and indicative — they cover the item itself. The final quote depends on duration, venue access, power and crew. The full list is in our equipment catalogue.
An LED screen wins outdoors and anywhere there is ambient light — it produces its own brightness and does not wash out. A projector is the cheaper answer indoors, in a room you can darken, for presentations and slideshows. A 55-inch TV on a stand is for a welcome loop at the entrance, a seating chart or a menu board — not for an audience.
For a facade, a wall or an unusual surface, 3D mapping does something no screen can: the building itself becomes the picture. It needs a survey and a content build, so it is planned weeks ahead, not days.
Across the whole of Phuket — hotels, beach clubs, private villas, conference halls and open sites. We also travel to Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Phang Nga and Bangkok; travel and logistics are quoted separately. Outdoor sites need a weather plan and, usually, our own power — both are part of the survey, not an extra discovered on the day.
An LED screen with its stage structure starts at 45,000 THB per event. That figure covers delivery, assembly, a technician on site and dismantling. The final number depends on the screen size, how long you need it and whether the venue can supply enough power.
It is set by viewing distance more than by guest count. We size the screen from the room or the site, the seating layout and what will be shown. Send us the venue and we come back with a specification.
Yes. Outdoor use needs a brightness class that holds up in daylight, a structure rated for wind and, usually, our own generator and voltage stabiliser. All three are planned during the site survey.
Always. A technician stays on site for the whole event and runs the content. We do not drop equipment off and leave — the screen is useless without someone at the desk when the video does not start.
Yes. We play from our own media server and check your files before guests arrive. Send the content in advance and we will confirm the format works rather than finding out during the speeches.
Projection mapping turns a building facade, a wall or a stage set into the picture itself. It is the strongest visual moment we can build, but it needs a site survey and custom content, so plan it weeks ahead. It starts at 150,000 THB.
Two to three weeks is comfortable. For high season, December to February, book as early as you can — screens and technicians are both finite.
Most events need more than one of these, and everything below comes from the same inventory with the same crew — so it is one quote, one delivery and one team on site.
Tell us the date, the venue and what is happening — we come back with a specification and a fixed quote, usually the same day.

Everything below belongs to Double D Project and comes with build, cabling, a full content test before guests arrive and a video technician who stays for the event. Prices are per event; delivery is from 2,000 THB by car and 5,000 THB by truck, and the minimum order is 15,000 THB. Walls larger than 4 × 2.5 m are modular and quoted per project.

A ten-square-metre outdoor-rated LED wall, bright enough to read in daylight — which is the whole reason to choose LED over a projector on Phuket. Modular panels, so the same stock builds a wider wall for a stage backdrop, a taller portrait wall for a photo moment, or two side screens flanking a speaker. Supplied with the video processor, scaler and cabling, and driven by our technician from your source: a laptop, a media player or a live camera feed.
A projector with a fast-fold screen and stand — the right answer indoors, after dark, or when the budget belongs elsewhere. Perfect for a wedding slideshow after sunset, a conference breakout room or a villa movie night by the pool. It is not the right answer for a daytime outdoor presentation, and we will say so rather than sell you one nobody can read.
Large-format TVs on floor stands. Used for welcome screens and seating plans at the entrance, menu and programme boards, corporate branding in a foyer, repeater screens at the back of a long room, and sports viewing at villa parties. Several scattered through a venue frequently work better than one big screen nobody can see from the side.
Scalers, splitters and a media player, so content plays at the right resolution and aspect ratio from the start. Our technician loads and tests your files in advance — slideshows, brand loops, countdown timers, gender-reveal animations, corporate decks. Bring a laptop if you prefer to drive it yourself and we supply the cabling and a confidence monitor.
An LED wall needs structure behind it and a stage in front of it. Our modular deck with skirting and steps, with levelling legs for the sloping villa lawns that are more common on Phuket than flat ones.
Structure to hang panels, banners and lighting around the screen. Ballasted for wind, which outdoors decides the build more than the design does.
An LED wall of this size plus PA plus lighting is beyond many villa boards. A silenced generator delivered with fuel, positioned far enough away that nobody hears it.
Protects processing and panels from the evening voltage sag that is normal in several parts of the island.
