Partners and venues we work with in Phuket

Double D Project Events has produced events in Phuket since 2013. Over that time we have worked on site at most of the island's hotels, beach clubs, villa estates and residential developments — building stages, hanging lighting, running sound and delivering show programmes inside venues that each have their own rules, load-in routes and power limits.

Knowing a venue before you arrive is not a detail. It decides whether the generator is needed, how long load-in takes, where the sound desk can physically stand and what the property will allow after 10pm. The list below is where we have already solved that.

What working with a venue looks like

When a hotel or beach club brings us in, or when a couple books a venue and asks us to produce the event inside it, the work is the same shape:

• Site survey. Power capacity, load-in route, rigging points, noise curfew, what the property will and will not allow.
• Technical plan. Sound coverage for the actual space rather than a generic package, lighting that suits the architecture, effects the venue will approve.
• Coordination. We work alongside the venue's own banqueting and F&B teams rather than around them — that is usually what decides whether a timeline holds.
• Own crew and own equipment. The people who set up are our team, and the gear is listed in our catalogue, so nothing depends on a third-party supplier showing up.

• Corporate events and MICE — conferences, incentives, gala dinners, brand activations and product launches, including fashion presentations and jewellery brand events, where lighting and staging carry the whole impression.
• Weddings — beach, villa, yacht and hotel-lawn ceremonies.
• Private parties — birthdays, villa parties, themed nights.
• Yacht parties — charter, sound, DJ and catering coordination.
• Sound and lighting equipment rental for venues and other organisers.
