Wedding Planner in Phuket

A wedding in Phuket is usually planned from another country, in another time zone, by people who have never seen the venue in person. Our job is to make that workable — and to be the party on the ground who is accountable when something needs deciding at short notice.

What we plan

• Venue — beach, villa, hotel, yacht or private island, chosen for how it actually behaves on a wedding day rather than how it looks in photographs
• Ceremony — setup, decor, floristry, aisle, arch and seating
• Reception — catering, bar, cake, seating plan
• Technical — sound for vows and speeches, lighting for the ceremony and the party, effects for the first dance
• People — host, DJ, live musicians, dancers and shows
• Documentation — photography and video
• Logistics — guest transport, accommodation coordination, timeline for the day

The part that is genuinely hard

Sound during the ceremony. Beaches are windy and open, and a microphone that has not been set up for those conditions turns vows into noise — which is exactly the part of the day the video is supposed to preserve. We own our equipment and we plan the ceremony audio as carefully as the party audio.

Working across languages

Most Phuket weddings involve an international couple, Thai venue staff and suppliers, and guests from several countries. We work in English, Russian, Thai and Chinese, which means one team can speak to everyone involved without a translator in the middle.

Legal note

What we produce is the celebration. Legal registration of a marriage in Thailand is a separate administrative process with its own requirements, and we are not lawyers — most of our couples register at home and hold the ceremony here. If you need the legal side, we will point you at the right people rather than improvise.

Timing

Two to three months ahead is comfortable. Venues and photographers book out first, and the December-to-February high season fills earliest.
