A themed [villa](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/locations/villas) party in Phuket: you pick the theme — neon, Gatsby, White party, tropical or casino night — and we find a pool villa and bring the [decor](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/catalogue/decorations), costumes and shows to match. The base for 10–30 guests is the HOUSE Premium package with [sound](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/catalogue/sound), light and a [DJ](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/services/dj-phuket) for 25,000 THB; the theme goes on top. Send references on WhatsApp and we build the concept and the estimate.

## How much a themed villa party costs

A theme is decor, costumes, make-up and shows. Under them there is always the same thing: the villa, sound, light, a DJ and a technician. So we count from the HOUSE Premium package — 25,000 THB at a villa for up to 30 guests; for a big party of 30 guests and more, CORPORATE Ultra for 39,000 THB. The minimum order is 15,000 THB.

## Party themes and the shows that fit them

The themes we have done at villas most often. We will build your own theme too — a couple of references is enough.

| Theme | What sets the mood | Show for the theme, from THB |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Neon party | Ultraviolet, glowing decor, LED DJ booth | Neon face-art — 3,500 |
| The Gatsby Edition | Art deco, feathers, champagne | Saxophonist — 18,000 |
| White Edition | All-white dress code, poolside decor | Violinist — 18,000 |
| Shambala | Ethnic and boho: textiles, rugs, low tables | Drummer — 15,000 |
| Utopia | Futuristic decor, lasers , haze | LED robot show — 20,000 |
| Tropical and Hawaiian | Flowers, a tiki bar, torches | Fire show — 10,000 |
| Casino night | Gaming tables, dress code, cigars | Mafia game — 10,000 |
| Bollywood | Colour, saris, spices | Bollywood show — 40,000 |

## Sound and light for the theme

Light makes a theme as much as decor does: ultraviolet for neon, warm bulbs for Gatsby, lasers and haze for Utopia. The equipment is our own, from our warehouse in Phuket, and a technician comes with it. Items with prices are in [DJ equipment rental](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/services/dj-equipment-rental-phuket), [sound](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/catalogue/sound) and [light](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/catalogue/light). A birthday at a villa without a theme is on the [birthday party in Phuket](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/services/birthday-party-phuket) page.

## Frequently asked questions
**How much does a themed party in Phuket cost?**

A ready package with sound, light and a DJ — from 10,000 ฿ for a group of up to 15 and 25,000 ฿ for a villa party of up to 30 guests. Themed decor is added on top, from 2,500 ฿ per element. The minimum order for producing an event is 15,000 ฿.
**Can we come up with our own theme?**

Yes. We build the decor, the costumes, the light and the programme for any idea — from a neon party and Gatsby to tropical and [Halloween](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/services/halloween-party-phuket). A couple of references is enough.
**Where are themed parties held in Phuket?**

Most often at villas with a pool — there are no limits on the dress code and the decor there. Other options: a beach club, a restaurant, a rooftop and a yacht. We check in advance whether loud music is allowed at the venue after 22:00.
**What if the villa's power is not enough?**

We calculate the load in advance and bring a stabiliser or a [generator](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/catalogue/product/generator). At Phuket villas this is the usual situation, and we write it into the specification before the estimate is signed.
**How far ahead should we book?**

In the low season a week is usually enough. The high season is November to April: the good villas there go months ahead, and on the dates from 28 December to 3 January the artists charge a higher rate.
**Can we hire the equipment alone, without the production?**

Yes. We hire out sound, light and DJ equipment separately, with a technician on site; delivery and setup — from 2,000 ฿ by car and from 5,000 ฿ by truck. The list of items with prices is in the [catalogue](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/catalogue).
**What languages does the team work in?**

Russian, English, Thai and Chinese.
