## Team building: what exactly we run

We build team building for the task, not from a template. First we ask what you need it for — to introduce departments, to clear the air after a hard quarter, to mark the close of a project — and the format follows from that.

- A quest across the island with checkpoints, transport and tasks on the route

## A corporate event and team building on a yacht

A yacht gives what a conference hall cannot: the team is together all day, nobody slips away «to the room for five minutes», and the change of scenery holds attention until the evening. We take one vessel or several with synchronised timing and a shared meeting point on an island beach — up to 500 guests in total.

We agree the terms, noise after 22:00, access for the equipment and parking — before the contract is signed, not after.

## The equipment is our own

Sound, light, LED screens, the stage and the power — our own equipment and our own crew. For a conference this is no detail: a microphone failing during the CEO's speech costs more than the hire of the whole set. ## Logistics and documents

- Transfers: airport — hotel — venue, buses and minivans for the size of the group
- A manager accompanying the group for the whole programme
- A contract with the Thai company Double D Project Co., Ltd., an invoice, payment by transfer to a legal entity
- Closing documents for the accounts

## Languages and lead times

The team works in Russian, English and Thai. Lead times: a conference and a big corporate event — from 4–6 weeks, team building for 20–40 people — from 2 weeks. Book December and January 2–3 months ahead.
## A company outing in Phuket

A company outing is a day or an evening for the whole team: a transfer from the hotel, a beach or a yacht by day, dinner with a programme at night. We put the venue, transport, food, bar and equipment into one estimate; the host speaks English or Russian.

## A product launch

A product launch needs a stage, an LED screen, sound and light for the reveal, and photo and video for the report. The stage is 20,000 THB, the LED screen 45,000 THB. Venues: a hotel hall, a rooftop, or a villa if the launch is private.

## Incentive trips and venues

An incentive is a reward for top [staff](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/catalogue/staff) or partners: a villa or a resort in [Kamala](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/locations/kamala) and [Bang Tao](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/locations/bang-tao), a day on a yacht, a gala dinner on the beach. ## How much a corporate event or a conference costs

The rates we count every corporate event by. Two lines decide the budget — catering (2,500 ฿ per guest) and the bar (2,000 ฿ per guest with free flow); the equipment is a fixed block from 3,500 to 100,000 ฿ depending on the stage and the screens. We work under a contract with a Thai company and issue an invoice.

The estimate is made of the venue, the equipment, the programme and the food — the range is wide. Name the date, the number of guests and the format, and we will count it the same day.
**Do you work with big groups?**

Yes, up to 500 guests. The largest projects are corporate events and MICE programmes over several days.
**Can a conference be combined with an evening programme?**

Yes, that is the most common request: the business part by day, a gala dinner or a party in the evening at the same venue or on a yacht.
