A daytime birthday in a tropical garden in Phuket: balloons and flowers, buffet, sound and light rental, host, catering and a mobile bar.

- [Book your own party](#contacts)
A bright daytime format in a [villa](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/locations/villas) garden: pastel balloons in gold and white, bouquets, an open-air buffet, children and adults together. Turnkey [birthday](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/services/birthday-party-phuket) planning in Phuket by Double D Project.

## A daytime celebration: what we plan for

A daytime format has its own requirements: shade and airflow, protection for the equipment from sun and rain, iced drinks and a programme without long pauses. We put up canopies where needed, use battery power and keep the timing short but full.

This option is often chosen by families with children and by groups who want the party to finish before evening.

## Equipment rental, catering and decor

The equipment is ours: a JBL [sound system](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/services/sound-equipment-rental-phuket) and battery-powered [speakers](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/services/pa-speaker-rental-phuket), [wireless microphones](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/catalogue/product/radio-mics) for toasts, mixing desk, Pioneer [DJ](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/services/dj-phuket) gear, plus a tent and [generator](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/catalogue/product/generator) when needed. [Equipment rental](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/services/equipment-rental-phuket) in Phuket comes directly from us, with delivery to the villa and setup.

Extras: catering and buffet, a [mobile bar](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/services/catering-bar-phuket) with cocktails and lemonades, [helium balloons](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/catalogue/product/helium-balloons), floral styling, inflatable letters and a [photo zone](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/services/photo-zone-phuket).
