A [corporate event](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/services/corporate-events-mice-phuket) in Phuket costs from about 135,000 ฿ for a one-day meeting for 30 people to 600,000 ฿ for a gala dinner with an open bar for 80 — with the venue, catering, production and crew counted. The two lines that move the total are catering (2,500 ฿ per guest) and the bar (2,000 ฿ per guest for free flow); production is a fixed block of 3,500–100,000 ฿ depending on the [stage](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/services/stage-rental-phuket) and screens. ## Where the money goes

Every corporate budget on the island is the same six lines in different proportions: the venue, food and drink, technical production ([sound](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/catalogue/sound), light, stage, screens), the programme (host, [artists](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/catalogue/shows), [DJ](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/services/dj-phuket)), photo and video, and the crew that sets up and runs the day. Prices in Phuket are quoted in Thai baht; a Thai company can invoice your company directly.

Hotels bundle the hall with coffee breaks and lunch and usually ask for a minimum spend; restaurants and villas charge for the space and let you bring production. Beaches in Thailand are public and cannot be closed — a beach format works in the late afternoon when it empties.

## What changes the price

- **Season.** December to February is high season: venues and artists are booked 3–4 weeks ahead and hotels apply peak rates; our production rates do not change.
- **Headcount.** Catering and bar scale with guests; production does not — a stage costs the same for 40 and 400.
- **Screens and interpretation.** An LED wall (45,000 ฿) and a [simultaneous interpretation](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/catalogue/product/translation-system) system (35,000 ฿) are the two biggest single technical lines.
- **Power.** Villas and beaches often need a [generator](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/catalogue/product/generator) (10,000 ฿); hotels do not.
- **Paperwork.** A contract with a Thai company and an invoice cost nothing extra and are part of every corporate quote.

**What is the minimum budget for a team building?**

A half-day beach team building for 40 guests with a host, sound, catering and crew is 159,500 ฿; a yacht day for 10 starts at 69,000 ฿ for the boat plus catering and transfers.
**Do prices include VAT?**

Corporate quotes are issued by Double D Project Co., Ltd., a registered Thai company; VAT and withholding are stated on the invoice according to Thai rules for your company type.
**How far ahead should we book?**

Three months or more for a multi-day programme; three to four weeks for a single evening. High season, December to February, needs longer for both.
**Can you work inside a hotel's own rules?**

Yes — most hotel events on the island are a hotel hall plus our production and programme; we agree the technical plan and load-in times with the hotel's banquet team.
