## What to check before you book

- **Events allowed, in writing.** Many rental villas forbid parties or cap guests at the number of sleepers. We confirm event terms, guest limits and the deposit with the owner before you pay.
- **Music curfew.** Most villas allow amplified music until 22:00–23:00; some estates in Kamala and [Cape Yamu](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/locations/cape-yamu) allow later, beach-side villas near [hotels](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/locations/hotels) rarely do. Plan the loud part before the curfew and the late part with a quieter setup.
