# Privacy policy

What data Double D Project receives through doubledproject.com, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and how to delete it. Under Thailand's PDPA.

## 1. What data we receive

- From the request form, the cart and the calculator: your name, phone number, how to contact you (WhatsApp or Telegram), the date and format of the event, the location, the number of guests, the budget, your wishes and the [catalogue](https://www.doubledproject.com/en/catalogue) items you chose.
- From your personal account: the email or Telegram account you sign in with (sign-in by code), your history of orders and estimates, files in your account.
- From chats with the AI assistant on the website and in our Telegram bot: the text of your messages.
- Automatically: cookies, IP address, device and browser type, the pages you viewed. This data is collected by Google Analytics.

Google Analytics runs with Google Signals: if you are signed in to a Google account and allow ad personalisation, Google may link this data across your devices. You can turn this off in Google's ad settings (adssettings.google.com).

## 2. Why

- to reply to your request, prepare an estimate and run the event;
- to manage your order in your personal account;
- to improve the website and understand which services people look for.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for anyone else's advertising.

## 3. Who we share it with

- Our team: managers and event organisers, only to work on your request.
- The services the website runs on: hosting and database (Netlify); request notifications to our team (Telegram); emails (Resend); the AI assistant (Anthropic); analytics (Google).
- The event's contractors (venue, performers, transport) — only what is needed for your event.
- Government authorities — only if Thai law requires it.

## 4. How long we keep it

- Requests and orders — up to 3 years after the event: this is needed for accounting, guarantees and repeat requests.
- Analytics data — under Google's rules.
- You can have your data deleted at any time on request (see section 6).

## 5. Cookies

Cookies are needed to sign in to your account and for analytics; the cart is kept in your browser's storage. You can turn them off in your browser settings, but then parts of the website may work less well.

## 6. Your rights
